Michelle is a Registered Dental Hygienist, who brings 18 years of dental experience to the practice. Michelle joined the practice in 2016 and believes in providing long term education for prevention of diseases and oral health management. Michelle loves being part of the Bedford community, living and working here. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Michelle joined our team in 2021 as a dental hygienist. She graduated from the Fones School of Dental Hygiene and has been practicing since 2010. Her calm, gentle and easy-going manner has been welcomed by patients and our dental team. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their optimal oral health and building homecare habits. Outside of the office, Michelle loves practicing yoga or indoor cycling and spending time with her husband and three children.

Hailey is a graduate from the Dental Hygiene program at NH Technical Institute. She enjoys building relationships with her patients to educate and empower them to attain optimal oral health. In her free time she enjoys skiing, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

Norma started her dental career over twenty years ago as a certified dental assistant. In 2012 she graduated from Mount Wachusett Community College with a degree in dental hygiene. She holds her dental hygiene and local anesthesia licenses in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts and joined Dr Johnson’s team in 2021. Norma loves getting to know her patients while educating them on the importance of good oral hygiene. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending time at the ocean and listening to her husband’s band play live music.

Tiffany

Tiffany began her career in dental in the dental assisting program at Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical High School in 2011. In 2015, she graduated with her dental hygiene degree from Mount Wachusett Community College and went on to receive her Bachelors in Healthcare Management at Eastern Florida State College. She holds her dental hygiene license in Florida, Massachusetts and New Hampshire and recently joined Dr. Johnson’s team in the fall of 2023.

Tiffany enjoys getting to know her patients while offering a quality standard of care in oral hygiene. She enjoys traveling, baking, taking care of her three pups at home and attending her boyfriend’s bag piping events.

Ruxandra

Ruxi began her dental career 20 years ago, as a dentist in Romania and she joined Dr. Johnson’s team in 2022, as a dental assistant. Ruxi is quick to make patients feel at ease by building confidence and trust with each patient, and she is devoted to educating patients on their individual needs. In her spare time, she enjoys live concerts, bicycle rides and spending time with friends.

Taylor

Taylor has been working as a dental assistant since 2021. She received her certificate for the dental assisting program at NHTI. Taylor has always had a passion for the dental field and loves educating patient about oral health. In her free time, you can find her hanging out with family and friends or at the lake.

Kassandra

A loving mother of 3 boys and a pup named Charmin! Enjoys the simplicity of life, family and laughs. She graduated dental school in 2011 & has worked as an assistant ever since. One of Kassandra’s number one priorities is patient comfort. She has a way to make patients feel comfortable and at ease even when in the dental chair.

Nicole has been a dental assistant since 2017, graduating from NHTI with her certification in dental assisting. Prior to dental assisting, Nicole was a teacher with a priority for compassion and education in which she brings with her to the dental field. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her 2 daughters and anything outdoors.

Becky brings 20+ years of dental administration experience to our office. She is a fantastic writer, and loves winning appeals over insurance companies. Her open-door policy makes her the best-friend/therapist/ mother-hen of many of us in the office. She truly believes that when one helps others, we all win. Becky is engaged to the love of her life, Brad, and is mom to middle-schooler Carly. She has two cuddly cats, and enjoys fishing, hunting and relaxing with her family.

Stephanie met Dr. Johnson a dozen years ago on their daughters’ soccer sidelines. Her twin daughters have now graduated college and are pursuing graduate healthcare degrees in Occupational Therapy and Dentistry! Stephanie’s youngest daughter is a senior at Bedford High School. Stephanie is married to her high school sweetheart, David. She enjoys skiing, wake surfing on Lake Winnipesaukee, and hikes with her dog, Jasper. Stephanie joined Jo-Anne Johnson Family Dentistry 5 years ago as a front-desk associate and has worked her way up to Operations Manager.

After working in the hospitality industry, Gina became a stay-at-home mom to her 3 daughters and a volunteer for many local schools and organizations. She returned to the working world by joining Dr. Johnson’s team in December of 2018. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and her adorable pup, Maxwell.

Gabi brings 3 years of dental experience to Dr. Johnson’s office. She enjoys speaking with patients and making sure each patient has a great experience coming to the dentist. Gabi is bilingual in English and Polish. When she is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Marisa has recently joined our team in 2023, bringing a positive smile to the front desk. When she is not in the office getting to know the patients, she works passionately in cosmetology and getting her degree in business. She also enjoys spending time with her son outdoors.

Sue has spent over a dozen years as a stay-at-home mom and longtime volunteer for the Bedford schools and other local organizations. Bringing her prior sales and customer service background, she joined Dr. Johnson’s team in early 2022 as a part time Front Desk Associate. Outside the office she enjoys doing puzzles, spending time on the seacoast, and being with her family and her dogs.

Nancy has been doing administrative work for many years. She has played a variety of positions while doing so and she now helps our patients at the front desk & verifying insurance policies. When she is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family & furry kids, Thai kickboxing, traveling the world & adding to her body art.

After serving as a Senior Executive Assistant providing bilingual support to C-suite executives in corporate investment banking, and subsequently as the COO of her household and the proud momma to two amazing humans, B. Juliánna is delighted to have joined the front desk team at Dr. Johnson’s practice where she enjoys making a meaningful contribution. Her interests range from learning (languages, history, literature, philosophy, psychology, neuroscience, music theory, yoga, and Buddhism) to classical music, the ballet, the piano, singing, and hiking. Above all, Juliánna is driven by her passion to leave a positive impact and to make things better than she found them.
